Atlona are market leaders in AV connectivity solutions. Unfortunately they had to cancel their Las Vegas trade show booth and needed a virtual way to replace the event. For the solution to be successful it had to match the engagement of a live event. Primarily, it had to showcase Atlona’s existing product range as well as future products. Furthermore, it required the ability to book meetings, stream live webinars and be ready for launch in just 4 weeks.
Virtual Trade Show Booth to the Rescue
Using our platform driven solution and working with Iguana Group we were able to deliver an immersive Virtual Event.
An introductory animation showcases the product areas that the company covers. Then, the user is presented with text, image and movie content via a flexible hotspot system.
We integrated the Virtual Exhibition into a WordPress driven website. This allowed live events, webinars and the ability to book meetings with their industry professionals.
Launched in June 2020 with Altona utilising a solid marketing strategy to cover social, PR and pre-registration for the event put the event firmly on the radar of potential visitors.
Not only was this event hugely successful the USA but surprisingly after viewing the integrated analytics they could see it attracted visitors and enquiries for across the globe.

- Over 5,000 visits to the site since 1st June 2020.
- Atlona marketed the live event for 2 weeks which resulted in 3,500 visits
- Total of approx. 300 meetings held with prospects / existing clients during the live period.
- Traffic to Altona’s general website increased by 23% during this period.
What Does the Future Hold for this Virtual Trade Show Booth
Understanding the need for a Virtual Strategy and having had a successful experience permanently online for visitors Altona have recently updated to their Virtual Stand in line with their product development.
They now see the platform as an integral part of their future virtual strategy. Not just a solution while live events are not taking place. The virtual event will run alongside the live event ensuring they get maximum return on their investments and allow visitors to see their latest developments whether or not they can make the live event.
Further integration will include live product demonstrations and gamification.
